Minimalist design is especially suitable for a development and construction company. The three-story 4,900 square foot space features concrete, metal, glass and brick throughout. A staircase with stainless steel railing transitions from the street (and ground floor rental offices) up to the 2nd floor creative work area, where an angled glass wall and corridor lead to executive offices for the CEO and CFO are separate from the work area.
