New home for an existing synagogue and community space in Aventura, Florida. The requeriments for this special project of 45,000 SF were very demanding. As all the institutional projects the budget was tight but the need for different areas to be used in the many activities the center has. One of the main issues was to have materials that don't require expensive maintenance and can last for a long time. The new site for the temple had to address the new generations with a more contemporary design but useful for the families that are part of the community. The project is in the last phase of construction.
